The goal of this class is to get people moving, and fitter. The class will focus on exercises to improve mobility, flexibility, overall strength and fitness. Everyone will be able to work to their own fitness level and ability. The workouts will involve minimal equipment and bodyweight exercises. The course is suitable for all fitness levels.
